There is nothing I love more then being able to look at RESULTS! Part of why I love what I do so much is that there is a before and an after. I love to bake for the same reason.
Here are some of my most memorable transformations in 2015
There was a lack of storage and the furniture was literally falling apart! This update was simple, we shopped for the right furniture, added a little work area in the corner for Mitch as well as a room divider in the corner to hide things! The best transformation was changing the window dressing to simple pleated shades that open from top to bottow and vise-versa!
There was no way we could be productive in this tiny messy room! We lacked storage and the furniture was not ergonomic. Just looking at that before pictures makes me wanna puke! We invested a little to get cabinets on the wall and new desk and what a difference it makes.
Before
Gia’s room lacked a cohesive design and I felt like it didn’t suit Gia’s beautiful luxurious personality! With simple changes such as a new bed spread and accessories, Gia’s room became a beautiful master retreat.
Home Staging in St-Laurent
This living room wasn’t necessarily the worst I have seen, but even a decent space can look more appealing. By changing the paint color, putting the sofa and playpen in storage and adding art work we made this space feel larger and warmer. the results were amazing. This two bedroom condo sold in no time!
After
Flip In Sainte-Thérèse
This was my favorite project last year. I worked with two investors who had bought a place built in the 1950’s and hadn’t been updated since. We did everything from opening walls, to gutting the kitchen and bathrooms. The final result amazing. This house sold in 5 days!
Its nice to see that transformation doesn’t always have to be a big reno. A new sofa, a new bedspread; changing the layout. Sometimes all it takes is a little something and that little something can really BRING THE BEST out of a space
